Fortior's medium voltage and high current half-bridge gate driver chip FD2109S has been fully launched

Post On: 2020-07-22

On July 1, 2020, Fortior’s self-developed half-bridge gate driver chip FD2109S with a drive current of 5A/5A has been officially put into mass production and is fully marketed.

This is one of the new generation flagship driver chip series launched by Fortior after the FD2103S. The chip is suitable for medium voltage, high-speed drive N-type power MOSFET, and can be applied to systems such as electric tricycles and high-power electric vehicles. It can effectively reduce the switching loss of MOSFET.
