Fortior released the FU5821 single-phase motor drive "dual-core" MCU chip to help users efficiently implement a square wave/sine drive control scheme for BLDC motors.
After releasing its "dual-core" MCU chip FU68 series products for three-phase BLDC/PMSM, Fortior continued to leverage its algorithmic advantages in the motor drive field and launched the "dual-core" MCU chip FU5821 for BLDC single-phase motors. The chip can help customers solve their difficult problems of high-performance drive control algorithms, so that application solutions have the advantages of low cost, easy development, and high efficiency.
FU5821 is a brushless DC single-phase motor drive chip with integrated motor control engine (ME) and 8051 core. ME integrates Smart Engine module, which can independently complete the calculation for high-speed motor drive mode; 8051 core is used for parameter configuration and normal transaction processing. Dual cores work in parallel to achieve various high-performance motor control. This chip is suitable for square wave/sine drive control of single-phase BLDC motors with HALL.
