ES256AQ
Description
ES256AQ is a 5A, 600V half-bridge module designed for advanced appliance motor drive applications such as energy efficient fans and pumps. FT’s technology offers an extremely compact, high performance half-bridge topology in an isolated package. This advanced IPM offers a combination or FT’s low RDS(ON), Enhanced VDMOSFET technology, and should be an industry benchmark for half-bridge high voltage, rugged drive in a small QFN package. At only 7x7mm and featuring integrated bootstrap functionality, the compact footprint of this surface-mount package makes it suitable for the applications with the space constrained.
